Stella and Ivan are Spectacular tantric teachers
Stella and Ivan are Spectacular tantric teachers, hosts and highly spiritual individuals. From Stella's delicious cooking and care to Ivan's gracious morning yoga sessions, my gf and I left the retreat filled with precious memories. The tanteic teachings of Stella and Ivan made my gf and I even closer to each other than we could have imaged was possible.

Tantra Bridge Experience
Tantra Bridge Experience I have just got back from a most unforgettable experience at Tantra Bridge in Tenerife. Embraced by mountains on three sides and the sea on the fourth and blessed with clear blue skies, sunshine and fresh sea breeze all day. The accommodation is simple and unfussy but comfortable and homely. With a small pool, a sauna and plenty of fruit trees and home grown vegetables guarded by a super softy Labrador called Flake. There is a positive relaxing feeling everywhere. I am on a journey of self discovery using yoga, meditation, massage therapy and hypnotherapy. My journey took me to Tantra Bridge in search of authentic tantra teachings , practice and massage. In Ivan and Stella I found genuine sincere dedication to Tantra philosophy and best authentic practice. The approach was knowledgeable, physical, personal and sensitive. The day was divided into early morning breath work and yoga, with Chakra related music, morning Tantra massage instruction ( giving), afternoon Tantra massage treatment (receiving), evening short lectures on various aspects of Tantra, yoga Nidra or Sauna after dinner. I was busy but not pressured, learning and practicing at the same time. They said the experience would be transformative. It was. And I am going back next year. Straight from her organic vegetable garden Stella cooked the most delicious and nutritious vegetarian dishes for me ( a carnivore! ) both breakfast and dinner. There was no wine or coffee but somehow it did not matter. The food was soooo good and inspiring. There is plenty to read about Tantra. They showed me books to purchase and videos to watch before I return back next year. I will. I thoroughly recommend Tantra Bridge for a truly authentic introduction to Tantra and a wonderful relaxing holiday.

Tantra Massage Course
I recently completed the Tantra Massage Course at Tantra Bridge with Stella and Ivan, and for me it was a truly transformative experience. From the very first moment, I was welcomed by Stella's warm energy. She is incredibly kind, caring, and naturally gifted at making people feel at home. The center itself is beautifully maintained: small, intimate, and full of heart. Ivan is both a wonderful person and an exceptional teacher. It is obvious how much time, love, and dedication he has invested—and continues to invest—in creating and maintaining this place. He humbly says he is not really a handyman, but his skills clearly tell a different story! Our days began with yoga, pranayama, and meditation, followed by the delicious breakfasts lovingly prepared by Stella. Later in the morning, we would start the massage training, taught with remarkable professionalism by both of them. Honestly, I didn't know exactly what to expect from the course, but I genuinely don't think it could have gone any better. Ivan's demonstrations and explanations were incredibly clear, detailed, and precise, allowing me to learn the different massage techniques surprisingly quickly. One experience I will remember in particular was receiving a massage from Stella. During the session, I felt powerful waves of energy moving through my body, followed by laughter and tears. It was a profound experience that showed me the true potential of Tantra Massage—not only as a bodywork practice, but also as a powerful tool for emotional release and healing. Last but certainly not least, a special thank you to the furry member of the team: FLAKE (or CORN-FLAKE, as I like to call him!) for the endless belly rub sessions and countless loving kisses. Leaving was not easy. Thank you both for creating such a beautiful space to learn, grow, connect, and transform. I hope our paths cross again soon

We had an amazing time during the retreat. Stella and Ivan created a safe and welcoming space where we truly felt free to be ourselves. We learned so much, pushed our boundaries, and grew even stronger as a couple. This journey definitely does not end here — it is only the beginning for us. The surroundings were beautiful, and the food was both delicious and healthy. We left feeling deeply rested and grateful for the warmth, hospitality, and kindness of Stella and Ivan. Being there felt like being with family.

We had a truly special experience at this retreat. Stella and Ivan are warm, attentive hosts who create a safe and welcoming space where you feel genuinely cared for. Their guidance felt very personal, sensitive, and authentic. The retreat offered a thoughtful mix of body awareness, connection, and deeper emotional work, which made it feel truly holistic. The food was delicious, and the beautiful house with sauna and pool in the peaceful mountains added so much to the experience. Overall, a deeply enriching stay that we would highly recommend.
