Keira has helped me a lot setting up my camera again. She was patient and guided me with the whole process even when the technical aspect was a little difficult. I'm glad she served me today.

Don't buy. It's not a doorbell
Mounting was easy. Getting it to work was not so easy. Choosing the correct SD card was a technical nightmare & cost more than twice the cost of the doorbell, then getting it initiated to record was again a technical nightmare. Only to find the doorbell doesn't work as a bell unless you buy an alarm hub. So the person with the mobile hears to doorbell but nowhere else in the house does! Total waste of money & oceans of time messing about setting it up. I'm throwing it away!

well i bought this from amazon and i really wish i hadnt bothered as its totally C**P!!! i told amazon that the controls on it are very very slow to respond so they sent me the 'how to use guide' NOT WHAT I HAD SAID!! fitting instructions yeh right i didnt have any of those! you have to use the screws & rawplugs provided but they are rubbish as well!! the rawplugs are thin. the screw heads are chewed up when trying to put them in the plugs. trying to put the camera on to its mounting base plate.... well get ready to swear a heck of a lot... u WILL loose your rag trying to fit this camera!!

Excellent technical assistance.
i was having great difficulty installing the Tapo app on my ipad because of an extended delay receiving a verification code. But, with the assistance of Rona Grace from Tapo all was sorted. It's great that she was so efficient, effective and patient.
