Good products but poor service.
Some of their products are good and at a fair price. However they fail in customer service and care. No communication if you raise a concern and send proof, as I did with leaking products. It would appear that once they have your money, they do not care. I've ceased my regular ordering with them and moved to a more ethical and reputable seller elsewhere in the UK.

some herbs and a lot of chemicals, no customer service
I ordered a few ayurvedic Patanjali products (toothpaste and soap), for which the composition showed only the herbs. When I received them I was shocked to see the amount of chemicals they had (not mentioned in the site), propylen Glycol, petroleum, Titanium Dioxide to name just a few. I asked for a refund and I don't see why I would have to pay the postage as it was their responsibility to inform the customers about the full composition. After three mails without response and nearly one month waiting, I gave up.

Extremely Disappointed - Received Empty Boxes and No Communication
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE I am beyond frustrated with my recent purchase from this store. When my parcel arrived, I discovered that several items were missing—the boxes were empty! I immediately contacted the seller via email and messages multiple times, but I have yet to receive any response. This complete lack of communication and failure to address the issue is unacceptable. I feel cheated and disrespected as a customer. I will never buy from this store again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Terrible customer service and a highly disappointing experience!

Worst experience i ever have of buying…
A big scam for just few money cheating customer with two expiry date inside on box are different how it can be ? Worst experience i ever have of buying this stuff from this website. The main problem is after placing order there is no connection between you and company as they will not reply on email or not received any phone. I emailed them the issue once i received my parcel on 31st January 2024 and haven't heard any thing back from them yet. My issue is like that I order Dabur massage oil for my 5 month old son. I order two 500 ml bottle so they gave me the product which have expiry of 04/20024 so, how someone can use that much oil in just 2 month or so plus they have to be more care full when they are selling items for infants and toddlers. Worst thing its their mistake and still if you want to send it back customer have to bare cost of sending and lets say someone can do that as well but how someone can proceed with out any email instruction or that and also I know this item is not available in UK that much easy so they are charging like any thing like too much costly. Even after paying that much money the product you will receive is nearly expiry date. I will throw in bin rather than take risk on my 5 month old. Worst experience ever not suggesting anyone for infants . As also they are doing straight cheating as on box expiry is 08/2024 and on actual bottle its 04/2024. Its big scam.
