Now I remember why I HATE TARGET
Target was offering a 20% (total) discount on gift cards. Decided to sign up for the the circle master card for the 5% discount. Bought two $100 cards then every order after was cancelled. Even tried to pay with a debit card, cancelled. Made a $100 purchase for household items using my discounts, stuck in limbo. Will be cancelling this worthless CC as soon as it arrives. Also, the household items where more expensive then local store. Won't ever shop at Target again.

My kids were on the kids cart and the worker ISAHA decided to pull the cart away from my kids and yelled around the store get off of that thing and they were not driving recklessly and the worker just pulled it away from them and yelled at them and said they were too big. Leave it for kids who actually need it leave it for other kids.They feel traumatized because they yelled across the whole store in front of everyone and their friends and they started crying because they were so mean they ruined our target trip!! THE TEAM LEADER!!!!

I’ve been a Target customer for years
I’ve been a Target customer for years. When Covid happened, I switched to on line ordering and curbside pickup. It has been a good option for me since it also addressed my limited mobility and allowed me to pick up my orders. Over the past year or so, my experience has been dissatisfaction for the most part. Rather than the Target employee placing my orders in the bags that I have placed in my trunk, and asking the associate to put my items in those bags, they just randomly throw them in the trunk. Items like frozen foods, dairy,etc. sweat from the humidity, bread gets mangled, cartons of eggs roll around the trunk, etc. As soon as I get home, I have to wipe everything before putting them away. Your marketing slogan ……..”and we will put your items in your bags” is not accurate. I now know why many of my friends have stopped using Target and curbside pickup.

This is by far the worst retail…
This is by far the worst retail establishment. Been in about 6 occasions to find that the prices never match the product. Always more expensive at registers than what said in the aisle where it is located. I will never be back in this place that loves to rip people off. Be very wary of what you grab.

Target Plus Terrible Customer Service And Missing Merchandise
I would strongly recommend avoiding Target Plus if you have another option. The experience is misleading because you’re shopping on Target.com, but many items are actually sold through Target Plus third-party sellers, and Target does not seem to have a good system for managing problems when something goes wrong. My order was supposed to arrive August 20 because I needed it by August 24. A week later, it still had not arrived. Had I known, I would have bought the items elsewhere or in person. The worst part was the customer service. I had to fight to get my issue escalated, and the representatives were rude and unhelpful. I ultimately spoke with Vanessa at Target headquarters, who was extremely dismissive and essentially told me there was nothing Target could do and that I should contact the postal service myself. Target Plus feels clunky and poorly managed, and the customer support does not match the level of accountability I would expect when purchasing through the Target website. I would not use Target Plus again.
