No support, product unusable after payment
I purchased the All-in-One bundle on August 7th. From the very first day I was unable to download the required build because the account status remained inactive despite an active subscription. I opened multiple tickets on Discord (Software Issues and Payment Issues), provided the Order ID, screenshots and a clear description of the problem. After 4 full days I still have received zero replies from any real staff member. Only an automated bot answered, and it was completely useless. Your website and Discord claim support replies within minutes. In reality, there is no support. Tickets are ignored for days while the paid time keeps running. I paid for a product I cannot use. I will proceed with a chargeback and take the necessary legal steps to recover my money. Extremely poor experience. Do not buy if you expect any form of actual customer support.

The review below me is 100% right! I completely agree with the reviewer below. I purchased the DBD product on May 3rd, today is May 12th, and absolutely nothing works. The software is completely broken, and just like the other person said, the support team ignores you completely. You open a ticket and get ghosted. It's a total scam. DO NOT BUY!

There is only 1 dude answering tickets on their discord server, he says he will take care of your issue and then does not respond for weeks on end. Their website is flawed, if you purchase a product for COD it gives you a Fortnite product. Terrible customer service and scam for COD. DO NOT BUY
