Avoid this taxi company
When I called to check my booking I got an unprofessional response form someone's personal number who didn't seem to know about my booking. I cancelled and the company did not refund the money. An absolute scam and very unprofessional. Avoid.

Really easy to book staff so helpful…
Really easy to book staff so helpful and the taxi driver was amazing and on time and so very polite as we got lost after watching bon jovi and taxi driver walked around to come and find us which we thought was so kind and helpful we like to thank all staff and driver for an amazing experience and as it was soo good we have rebooked to go the Edinburgh tattoo 😊 we highly recommend as very reliable and professional

Make sure you get a booking ref number
Booked an airport transfer three weeks ago and just received a notice saying it had been cancelled as no driver available. So rebooked having already paid and paid again and refund of first charge received today. But no confirmation of second booking despite they took full payment and no booking confit ation. Because I haven’t received no booking reference I am being totally messed about as no one wants to investigate with the number which I do not have as no confirmation received. Have even sent them a copy of a k statement but so far I response. . We travel on Sundayso you can imagine our panic!

Appalling service
Appalling service - do not trust them. If I could give zero stars I would. Booked in advance, was assured a taxi would be available and 5 minutes before it was due to arrive, I received a text saying it had been cancelled. This is simultaneously terrible service and also dangerous. As a woman travelling alone late at night, they left me totally stranded. Furthermore they don’t automatically refund the journeys they clearly have no intention of fulfilling - the onus is on the customer to seek this out and waste more of their time which I assume is a tactic they use on purpose to keep people’s money hoping they will give up. Utterly shameful.
