We have been using Tazapay for several years and were among its earlier business users. Unfortunately, after multiple dispute experiences, we no longer feel confident using Tazapay for software and digital product transactions. This is now the third time we have faced a similar situation. In the latest case, a customer purchased and received our software product. Because our product includes software/source code, once it is delivered, it cannot realistically be returned or taken back. The customer later opened a dispute. We provided Tazapay with extensive evidence, including customer information, IP records, delivery information, support tickets, communication history, usage details, and even information regarding meetings held with the customer. Despite providing this evidence, approximately four months later, the funds were returned to the customer. The result was extremely damaging for us: the customer retained the benefit of the delivered software while we lost the payment. We experienced similar issues twice before but chose not to make them public because we wanted to maintain a good business relationship and avoid unnecessary conflict. After the third incident, we believe other software companies should know about this risk. Our biggest concern is simple: How can a software merchant protect itself if product delivery, IP records, support history, customer activity, and communication evidence are still not sufficient during a dispute? This is particularly concerning for companies operating from developing countries, where businesses may already have limited access to strong international financial institutions and regulatory protection. Payment processors should make sure merchants from such markets are treated fairly and that their evidence is given proper weight. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise SaaS companies, software vendors, digital product businesses, and other merchants selling non-reversible products to carefully evaluate Tazapay’s dispute protection before processing high-value transactions. We are sharing our own experience and would welcome a proper explanation from Tazapay regarding what evidence a digital merchant is actually expected to provide in order to be protected in cases like this.

Like others said, it's total waste of time. They will request all kind of information and documents and just to reject you. Don't waste our time. The company rating is very bad to act like this, and reject all pretending to have a very high standards, meanwhile even if accepted that fraud begins

Two years building a product. Twenty employees. A UAE-registered company. Four months of compliance reviews. Hundreds of pages of documents submitted. And in the end, a rejection from Tazapay. What frustrates me is not the rejection itself. Any payment processor has the right to reject a business. What frustrates me is spending four months answering every question, submitting every document requested, restructuring parts of the business to meet compliance expectations, and repeatedly being given confidence by Tazapay staff that the application was progressing. Then, after all that effort, the application was declined. The communication I received specifically raised concerns about Nepal. Despite operating through a UAE company, despite providing extensive documentation, despite fully cooperating with compliance requirements, Nepal was still highlighted as a major concern during the review. As a founder, it is difficult not to feel that my background and country of origin were weighed more heavily than the actual merits of my licensed business. Danny and the risk/compliance team had four months to review every aspect of the company. If the business was never going to qualify because of concerns related to Nepal, that should have been communicated at the beginning, not after months of document requests and compliance reviews. Behind every application is a human being. Behind this application were two years of development, twenty employees, significant financial investment, and a founder trying to build a global company. Instead, four months were wasted on a process that ultimately led nowhere. My advice to founders considering Tazapay: make sure you understand exactly how your jurisdiction, nationality, and business model will be viewed before investing months into their onboarding process.

I spent 4 months going through Tazapay's onboarding and compliance process. During that time, their team requested what felt like endless documentation—company registration documents, licenses, business information, compliance paperwork, and numerous additional requirements. I submitted everything they asked for. My company operates under a valid Dubai license, and I was transparent about my business from the beginning. Despite providing extensive documentation and cooperating throughout the process, Tazapay ultimately rejected my application. What makes this even more frustrating is that the reasons given made little sense. The products on my website were not yet live, and many of the prices shown were simply placeholder values during development. Instead of understanding that, these were used against my application. Tazapay advertises support for gaming businesses and major gaming brands, which is one of the reasons I applied in the first place. After four months of reviews, document requests, and wasted time, they still declined the application. The most concerning part was the communication regarding Nepal. Their own team specifically highlighted Nepal as a concern during the review process. After months of due diligence and submission of every document requested, I was left with the clear impression that my application was rejected because I am from Nepal rather than because of any genuine issue with my licensed business. I invested significant time and resources into this process and received nothing but delays and a rejection at the end. If you are a founder, startup, or investor considering Tazapay, be careful. Be prepared for a lengthy process, extensive document requests, and the possibility of being rejected after months of effort despite full cooperation.

I made a SEPA Instant transfer of 53.95 EUR on April 2nd to Tazapay Canada Corp (Ref: chk_d778gteg0juipkqnk7r0). My bank (Banco Montepio) confirms the funds were settled immediately. Tazapay support keeps saying "failed" and "not received" despite me providing the official receipt. I have been waiting for over two weeks. This is unacceptable. Please locate my funds and credit my Gamermarkt account or refund me immediately. "UPDATE: It has been 2 days since my review was verified and more than 20 days since the transfer. Still no solution from Tazapay. My bank confirmed the settlement on April 2nd. Where is the money?"

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
