Excellent products and service
I cannot fault TCA. I’ve been a regular customer for a few years. The quality of clothing is excellent value for money. I ordered leggings yesterday and received them today without paying anything extra. Anytime I’ve had to contact them with a question over sizes they have replied promptly. Their returns process has improved which is great. Ordering is easy and very efficient.

I have been a repeat customer and have placed numerous orders with this company, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. My original order was fulfilled incorrectly, with the wrong items being sent. Rather than simply replacing their mistake, I was told to return the items, despite the error being entirely on the company's part. The refund that was processed also appeared to be incorrectly calculated because the order was purchased as part of a promotional offer, leaving me out of pocket. To make matters worse, I placed another order for four pairs of 3.0 shorts. While the black shorts were correct, the smoke grey shorts were once again the wrong product. This suggests there are serious issues with their warehouse or quality control processes. The problems didn't end there. My PayPal refund has remained pending for an unreasonable amount of time, adding further frustration to what has already been a lengthy and unnecessary ordeal. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company responds. Unfortunately, the repeated fulfilment errors, poor handling of the situation, and lack of a satisfactory resolution have left me feeling that customer loyalty is not valued. Based on my recent experiences, I cannot recommend this company until it addresses its order fulfilment and customer service issues.

Woensdag heb ik een taxi besteld om samen met mij dochter naar centraal station te gaan van geuzenveld taxi nummer 1636 heeft mij opgehaald hij ging de snelweg op via wespoort noord ijburg en dan naar centraal station toen ik er wat over zei dat hoj een hele omweg maakt zei hij tegen me je kan ook hier op de snelweg uitstappen hij bedreigde me waar me kind bij was gewoon heb me atil gehouden moest hem 80 euro betalen wat eigenlijk tussen de 30/35 euro moest betalen schandalig mensen ga absollut niet met tca

Simple and good quality shorts
My experience was quite straightforward, ordered 2 shorts and they arrived promptly and as expected. The quality of the shorts having worn them a few times now is impressive, zip pockets are solid and big enough for phone (and handful of dog poo bags). I really like my shorts and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
