The worst company to buy electronic…
The worst company to buy electronic items i have bought TCL air conditioner online within 1 month we got to know ac is faulty we tried to connect them so many time sent mails 30-40 times didn't even answer properly I want my money back or they need to change my air conditioner if anyone seeing this feedback do not ever by TCL electronic items ever They does not treat customer properly with satisfactory answer always send newbie workers to check the gadgets condition It's been 4 months since they did not change my air conditioner or not given answer properly Do not ever buy TCL electronic items

I was a fan of TCL products until ...
I was a fan of TCL products until I had a problem and needed to contact their customer service department. I was stunned at their complete lack of customers service. I have the following devices: TCL Nxtpaper 60 Ultra TCL Nxtpaper 50 TCL Nxtpaper 11 inch tablet TCL Nxtpaper 14 inch tablet TCL Android TV (63 inch I think but can't remember) So, I was a VERY loyal customer. But here's the thing. I got a TCL wallet and stylust for my TCL phone and was amazed that after just a few months it fell apart, and this was after light usage. I figured TCL would be keen to hear about this and rectify the situation, but amazingly they replied and said: "Regretfully, physical damage or wear‑and‑tear to accessories is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty only applies to manufacturing faults, and in this situation the issue appears to be related to usage rather than a production defect." Clearly this is a manufacturing fault as I've never known a phone case fall apart in a few months. Even a £5 case lasts longer than that. My worry now is, imagine if this had been one of the tablets or a phone. My guess is they'll fob you off just the same, so I certainly won't be putting my trust in TCL ever again. So, after spend a few thousand pounds on TCL product they lost me as a loyal customer and advocate over a poorly made £50 phone case, that clearly had a manufacturing fault.

TCL Refused Warranty on a Barely Used Portable AC Bought Through Walmart
If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. I bought a TCL portable AC through Walmart around January 2026 and only used it 3–4 times before it stopped working. When I contacted TCL for warranty support, they refused the claim because the product was sold by a third-party seller through Walmart. As a customer, I had no reasonable way of knowing that buying a TCL product through Walmart could later be used as a reason to deny the manufacturer’s warranty. It feels like TCL looks for loopholes to avoid honoring warranty claims instead of standing behind its products. Very disappointing experience, especially for a unit that is only a few months old and was barely used. I expected much better customer support from TCL.

I got one of there roku tvs i couldent unpair a remote so i did a factory rest an dthat was it no remotes worked after that they said there was nothign they could do it was out of warrenty but they did send me a controler that dident work i know the remotes i have worked they worked on it before the factory reset and other tvs i have so custmer service yeah realy mean krazy people who said it was the remote not the tv great Tech support DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY SELL KRAP and roku knows it i cant even get an email address or phone number for them yeah like thay dient set there website up like that sure they have no clue huh ROKU AND TCL HUGE SCAMERS all you get is the run around go keck roku out see how easy it is to get help then they just say its tcl and tcl says its roku everyone blames the othere guy WHAT A SCAM now i have a tv that does nothing but say pick a lang for setup cant go any father iv tryed every remost none work yeah but it not roku or tcl prob ther like sorry you out of luck cuz we made a krap product have a nice day anyone know of a really good tv i can buy i need one now Luv Mr Kitty

Desamparo total por parte del Servicio Técnico
Después de explicar el problema del televisor no logré que un técnico viniera a comprobar cuál era la causa. La sta. que me atendió telefónicamente me pidió que descolgara el televisor, lo embalara correctamente en una caja y vendría un transportista a recogerlo. Yo insistía que si fallaba la señal (sólo veíamos unos canales, otros no) que se la llevaran al taller no garantizaría la solución, podría verse bien allí pero no en casa. Conclusión: tuve que pagar un técnico que instaló un amplificador de antena. Un trabajador de TCL podría haberme dado la solución, aunque hubiera tenido que abonar el amplificador yo, ésto si hubiera venido ¡claro!
