Buyer Beware! Mediocre products and a non existent return policy.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The company seems to be responding to them, so I am hopeful that I can get my issue resolved. I ordered 3 shirts and a dress and none of the items are what I expected. The t-shirts are thick and sized oddly. For example, the short sleeves and torso are very long. The prints are fine, but one looks like it might peel off, the dress is thin, with no lining and very short. I was naive to think I could get a full refund, so I am anticipating losing my money. They made me take pictures of the items, which I sent and now I have received two separate emails. One offering 15% off, then a second separate email offering 30%. I hand now read that they play this game for a while, so I guess I am in it now. I am a determined person, so I will try to get my money back. In full, to my original form of payment. If you have read this far, I'd say ordering from this company is a major gamble and you will most likely end up disappointed.

I wish I'd seen this website before…

I wish I'd seen this website before ordering but the cardigan sweaters were so unique that I decided to give it a try. Long story short, I ordered a bhm cardigan more than a week before February started. It didn't arrive until almost 3 weeks later and was not as advertised. The design was right and the quality (while low) was good enough to wear for my intended use but the color was all off. It was a plain black and white cardigan (mainly black) and the "black" was a faded gray at best. You could wash a black sweater a thousand times and it still wouldn't be as faded as this "black" was. It was straight up light gray, made worse by the random white fuzz that seems permanent. Didn't even both to try it on or fully unfold it tbh. I will be sending back and getting a refund.

3 stars because of other reviews

I only gave 3 stars because I just ordered 3 shirts for a friend for her birthday. Should have checked reviews first! I read so many negative reviews about late shipping & am very afraid that I will not receive them in time, if at all. Depending on whether they get to me in time, I will change my review. Until then, I'll remain quite wary.

Thought i was ordering from a USA…

Thought i was ordering from a USA company that shared political views of mine. Instead product being shipped directly from China. Nowhere did it say this. Will i have to pay those stupid tarrifs - i mean taxes - because it is sent from china? I don’t know. If i have to i will not be taking possession and will dispute the credit card charge.
