They sent me the wrong order and have ignored my emails since. Thanks! AVOID 24/08/2026 I have emailed several times.

1st they said my order didn't exist
1st they said my order didn't exist, then sent it to wrong address and when it did finally arrive it is not what you see advertised on the tik tok videos. I won't use them again. Only reason I'm giving 2 not 1 star is i am grateful they tried rectifying the issues but after all that the item wasn't what I expected or saw on video.

The product is completely different
The product I received is completely different from what was advertised. It’s basically the kind of cheap product you can find on Chinese online stores for around €3, while I paid €20 for it. Very disappointing and misleading. I definitely do not recommend this company.

I haven't even orderd im totally totally not gonna either always check reviews and its discusting tebyu needs closing down if videos to good to be true .?? with the roll on changing foundation then it is should not get away with ripping people off its wrong

AVOID!!!
AVOID!!!! If I could give minus stars, I would! I purchased three hair toppers in different blonde shades. Received one cheap looking brown topper and two of the same horrid yellow blonde shade that had the same item number. Nothing like the lovely shades and designs that were advertised. No one in their right mind would wear these unless they were going to a fancy dress party. I contacted their customer service but no reply of course. And I’m sure that they will come on here apologising and saying that I should contact their customer service, but it’s all a show as they are scam artists who have no intention of refunding me.
