Ordered a XL sent wrong size
Ordered a medium, which I usually am and its tiny so I wanted to return it, they told me it would cost too much to return and gave me money off my next order so I ordered a XL. When it arrived it was a medium they sent. I contacted support and they asked for pictures off the two outfits side by side and said one looked larger than the other.. which it didn't. They then asked me to send all four labels showing the size which I provided, they have since blanked me and haven't responded , over €140 spent wasted. I would avoid this company Will update the review if they fix the issue.

I love the modern take on the Hakama pants.. I bought three and I love them. I wear them today and I got a lot of compliments. I can’t wait to buy some more.

If it doesn't fit you already lost…
If it doesn't fit you already lost money because its going back to china and nothing is covered, you'll be better if you lie and say there's a defect. Then you will be offered a 20% or 30% coupon, like you want to order anything in future to run the risk of losing again on delivery. Tried so many times to be reasonable but nah. The shoe has got no brand just some chinese brand. Basically this is probably a cheap shoe that is getting resold for much more, service was awful for me.
