**Misleading Demo Program
**Misleading Demo Program. I Felt Completely Scammed.** I would not recommend Tennis Warehouse to anyone looking to demo or purchase a racquet. Their website says you can try up to three racquets for $25 and that the $25 will be applied toward a future racquet purchase. The way this is presented is extremely misleading and makes it seem like customers can try different racquets through the demo program before deciding which one to buy. What makes this experience even worse is that I called Tennis Warehouse immediately after receiving my first demo racquet to ask exactly how the program worked. Their representative told me that I first needed to return the racquet by dropping it off at UPS, and that once it was returned, I could then obtain the other racquets. I followed their instructions exactly. I dropped the racquet off at UPS, returned it as requested, and then tried to order another demo. Only then did they tell me I would have to pay another $25. At no point during my phone call did the representative clearly explain that every new demo order would require another $25 payment. Had they told me that, I would have selected up to three racquets in the original order instead of returning the first one based on their instructions. I feel completely misled and scammed. This was not simply a misunderstanding caused by the website. I contacted the company directly, explained what I wanted to do, and relied on the information their representative gave me. They had every opportunity to clearly explain the additional charge and failed to do so. Their advertising is confusing, their customer service gave me incomplete information, and now they want to charge me again because I followed their instructions. I would not recommend buying or demoing racquets through Tennis Warehouse. This experience destroyed my trust in the company.

Racket arrived literally almost 3 weeks…
Racket arrived literally almost 3 weeks later and just wanted my shipping back because even though for hawaii delivery it shouldnt have take that long. Just wanted my shipping money back and they said they couldnt do it and they made up something about the shipping label getting swapped with a different package and had to reorder it and then saying that wasnt the case. Order the Mizuno Acrospeed 300.

They GUARANTEE to beat prices on their website yet when I provided a cheaper price they told me they were unable to match the price. I tried to go on the chat during business hours and it's "offline.". Terrible customer service and false advertising.

Return policy and customer service is a joke
Bought a racquet from Tennis Warehouse that immediately determined wasn't right for me. They basically gave me no options to try and right the situation. Basically told me that once the plastic was off the handle I could not return it. That was it. I was even willing to buy a more expensive racquet if they let me return the one (used once) for a refund minus a restocking fee. Nothing. So I went to Tennis Express and they were happy to take care of me. Would recommend Tennis Express over Tennis Warehouse.

I’ve used tenniswarehouse many times…
I’ve used tenniswarehouse many times over the years for Federer and Head racquets, Penn tennis balls, New Balance shoes, and odds and ends supplies. One time they sent me a new racquet with a package of string instead of stringing it, but when I complained, they immediately credited me more than the cost of stringing. Otherwise, they’ve gotten everything right. Just recently, I made a mistake with the sizing of two Nike hats, and easily returned them in the same shipping boxes they came in, and upon receipt they immediately credited my card. I have never heard anything bad about tenniswarehouse from my friends. Based on my experience, I would recommend them without hesitation.
