NEVER BUY FROM TENORSHARE!!

NEVER BUY FROM TENORSHARE!! I bought a 1-month “no data loss” license to access my phone after losing the boot code, but once I bought it, it turned out to be impossible to do so without data loss (which was never mentioned before the purchase!) I can’t get a refund for the order, and I’m getting no response from support! And even worse, I’m stuck with a subscription I never asked for and can’t cancel because no one is answering.

Great customer service.It's fast and quick.

First of all the process was really smooth and fast. My problems was understood from the start and I was provided the help that I needed directly. I could wish that every customer service has this high quality service. The solution was something I didn't expect but it was more satisfactory than what I was expected.

Shocking company to deal with. AVOID

Shocking company to deal with. I purchased a subscription to recover image iles from an SSD. Whilst it recovered them it did so in an unrecognisable format, and could not be opened by Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canon's own software, mac's preview, Adobe DNG converter. On reporting the issue to the company, they cancelled my subscription and have refused to refund my payment, albeit offering me a lifetime subscription instead which, given their software doesn't work, would be useless! Having subsequently used Diskdrill to do the same successfully, I know the issue was not with the image files but with Tenorshare's software, WHICH DOES NOT WORK
