Great Customer Service and Clear Pricing
Terry’s car hire was great to use. The pricing structure is very clear. The pick up and drop off process couldn’t be smoother, as the company uses the public airport parking. The car was clean and ran well. There were a few scrapes found on the bodywork on pickup, which I took photos of, but at the end of the day it’s a hire car. The only slight sticking point when making the decision to use Terry’s Car Hire’s was the high price. There’s no doubt that you can get much cheaper car hire. Members of my family hired an equivalent car from a hire car firm based at the airport, and they paid €400 euros less than us, for the same hire period. However, they had to queue at the desk in the airport, then leave a very large damage deposit on their credit card. When they returned the car they had to wait around for the car to be checked. I didn’t want this hassle, and I had a choice. I didn’t have to pay Terry’s Car Hire’s charges. But I choose to pay them. I didn’t regret it, and I will consider using Terry’s again, just out of the convenience and clear pricing structure. Recommend car hire provider in Mallorca.

Best car hire in Mallorca
Absolutely loved our car hire with Terry's. All of the paperwork was done in advance so when we got to Mallorca all we had to do was head to the closest car park. Our in-laws went with one of the bigger chains and it took them over an hour to get to their car and had to get a bus to their car park. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. Honestly couldn't recommend enough!

Absolutely perfect service
Absolutely perfect service, no stress and a delight to do business with! From organising the rent of a car before we even left the UK making me feeling very confident that everything would be ok. No stupid extortionate deposit just good value, good service and no fussing about. Car was very clean and perfect for our family wedding including the baby seat .. perfect in every way if your thinking to use these guys .. just do it.. and of course Mallorca is worth exploring its beautiful. .
