If you like waiting forever for products that don't fit, here is the company for you!
More than a month ago (7/20) I ordered a screen surround for my Model S that came with a "free" Tesla lettering package. You are not told that the products from straight from China and take weeks to get to you. Once I finally got my surround (and I never got my "free" lettering) it did not fit correctly so it needed to be sent back. Kind of funny you can return items to Illinois but to get new ones they come from China. I am still waiting for my replacement item and it has been 12 days so far. I have zero confidence it will fit any better than the first one. Do not waste your money with this company, find something in the US that will actually stand behind their products.

Tried to order through them, declined my credit card though it works everywhere else. No other payment option. Delayed customer service response. Really wanted a solution.

Scam beware, purchased a rear screen which arrived faulty, tried to return, they confirmed the return the weeks went by and constantly sending conflicting emails and no refund, no phone numbers to call , fraudsters

Good recovery
First, the shop sent me wrong part (for Y, not for 3). Mistake...than they sent me a good one shortly after. They responded inmidiately. It is good quality. I could set it up in 5 minutes. Perfect fit. I kept the wrong one.

I purchased a set of carbon fiber mirror caps for my Tesla, and less than a month after installation, the driver-side cap flew off while I was driving on the freeway. The adhesive that came with the product clearly failed. When I contacted customer service, the process was frustrating from start to finish. First, they suggested I buy replacement tape instead of addressing the fact that the mirror cap itself had been lost due to their product failure. Then they asked me to return the defective item for a replacement, even after I explained multiple times that the cap had flown off on the freeway and could not be safely recovered. Their solution was eventually a 35% discount on a replacement, but only if I purchased another set. I only needed the missing driver-side cap, yet they insisted on charging me for both sides. Despite acknowledging the situation, they never offered a reasonable replacement for the failed product. A mirror cap should not detach and fly off at highway speeds after less than a month of use. Between the product quality issue and the lack of meaningful customer support, I cannot recommend this company and will be purchasing a replacement elsewhere.
