ACHTUNG: Betrüger - Fraudsters
Update 05.08.2026 - Ware ist definitiv bei Lieferung abhanden gekommen. Der Transportdienst - DPD - hat die Ware TESLASY ersetzt und die behalten das Geld jetzt doppelt! Einmal von mir UND von DPD. Niemand reagiert auf Mails!!! Betrug! Unterirdisch! Nachdem die Ware - Fußmatten Tesla Y - nach 10 Wochen endlich in DE angekommen waren, hat DPD die Ware verschlampt! Nunmehr warte ich seit 3 Monaten und annähernd 50 Mails auf meine Rückerstattung von knapp 200€ - und nichts passiert! Wenn das so weitergeht übergebe ich es dem Anwalt! Update 5 August 2026 – The goods definitely went missing during delivery. The courier service – DPD – has replaced the goods with TESLASY, and they’re now keeping the money twice over! Once from me AND from DPD. Nobody is replying to my emails!!! Fraud! Unbelievable! After the merchandise—Tesla Y floor mats—finally arrived in Germany after 10 weeks, DPD messed it up! I’ve now been waiting for 3 months and sent nearly 50 emails for my refund of just under €200—and nothing has happened! If this keeps up, I’m handing it over to a lawyer!

Don't fall for it
I didn't get any response from them after I placed an order, email to them also got bounced back (not valid). I left messages on both of their numbers on WhatsApp, they didn't even bother. I HAD TO FILE A DISBUTE CASE WITH PAYPAL. After I filed a DISBUTE case, they contacted me immediately through whatsapp, asked me to cancel the disbute so their finance team could start the refund process, I DIDNT WITHDRAW THE DISBUTE. I guess they know once a DISBUTE is withdrawn, a customer cannot reopen the case anymore. After a long period of investigation, I finally have my money back from PayPal , good job PayPal!

1 étoile — À FUIR. Vendeur de mauvaise foi. Volant commandé pour Tesla Model S Plaid 2023 en octobre 2025. J'ai fourni modèle exact + carte grise avant expédition. Produit livré non conforme : axe rouillé (pièce d'occasion recyclée), filetage désaxe, airbag impossible à clipper. Leur propre ingénieur reconnaît par écrit le 31/10/2025 que le produit ne correspond pas au véhicule. Puis ils se rétractent le même jour. 7 mois plus tard : aucun étiquette de retour fournie. Ils refusent DHL/FedEx/UPS et imposent EMS impraticable depuis la France. Tactique d'épuisement caractérisée. BONUS — ils m'ont demandé par écrit de sous-déclarer le colis à 20 USD = incitation à la fraude douanière. Procédures lancées : chargeback bancaire, signalement DGCCRF/SignalConso, Centre Européen des Consommateurs. À ÉVITER absolument. Tous les emails sont conservés.

Terrible Warranty Scam and Shameful Customer Service – Avoid This Company
I purchased the Model 3 / Model Y Highland T9 9.6” Instrument Cluster Display with front camera accessory from Teslasy, and my experience has been extremely negative from both the product quality and customer support side. After only a few months, the front camera stopped working. Even though the item was under warranty, I was asked to pay $20 shipping for a replacement. I accepted, but the replacement camera also failed shortly after. Later, the display cable became damaged, causing the screen to lose connection with the car and work only as a basic tablet. When I contacted support again, they asked for more money for shipping or told me to buy another product to receive replacement parts. To make things worse, when the replacement package arrived, I was forced to pay an additional $29 in customs/import charges because they shipped it like a normal sale instead of clearly declaring it as a free warranty replacement. When I contacted them for help, they offered no support at all. Instead, they told me that if I refused to pay and sent the package back, I would also lose the money already paid for shipping. This is unacceptable customer service. Faulty products, repeated extra costs, no real warranty assistance, and no responsibility toward customers. I strongly do not recommend this company. Stay away from Teslasy.

Defective Parts and Unhelpful Warranty…
Defective Parts and Unhelpful Warranty Support I bought the 9.6” T9 Instrument Cluster Display for Model 3 / Model Y Highland from Teslasy together with the optional front camera. At first the product looked like a nice upgrade for the car, but over time my experience with both the hardware and the customer service turned out to be very frustrating. After only a few months, the front camera completely stopped working. Because the product was still within the warranty period, I contacted Teslasy support expecting a normal replacement. Instead, they told me they could send another camera only if I paid $20 for shipping, even though the failure was clearly covered by warranty. I agreed and paid the shipping fee. Unfortunately, the replacement camera also failed shortly after I installed it. Around the same time, the power/data cable connected to the display became damaged. Once that happened, the screen lost its communication with the car and basically became just a standalone tablet with no vehicle integration at all. When I contacted customer support again to explain the situation, they told me they would send another camera and two replacement cables only if I purchased another item from their store, or if I paid another $20 shipping fee. I did not find this reasonable, since these were replacements for parts that had failed under warranty. After I declined to buy more products, they refused to send the replacement camera. Since then, they have also stopped responding to my messages, even though I asked at least for the replacement cable needed to restore the connection between the screen and the car. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. The product initially seemed promising, but the reliability of the components and especially the after-sales support have been far below expectations. Being asked to repeatedly pay shipping for defective parts and then eventually being ignored by customer service is not acceptable. For this reason, I would not recommend this product or the company based on my experience. Anyone considering buying it should keep in mind that warranty support may be difficult if problems arise.
