Extremely inadequate customer service
My units' battery appeared to be defective in several regards. Initially, I thought it wouldn't hold a charge. Then I realized the white light that indicates 5, 10 or 15 minute cycle didn't light. The company keeps asking for redundant and additional information, over and over again while delaying in sending a replacement. Caveat emptor (buyer beware) After the company saw my review, they responded with a full refund & promised a replacement unit without charge when it becomes available. Unfortunately, the replacement is presently unavailable. Quality control & inventory management does not excel with Testolite. Their very delayed response was nice but too late to restore faith that customer service means something.

I bought a regular Testolite a few…
I bought a regular Testolite a few months ago and wanted to give the pro a try. I am surprised at the difference. I can feel the difference from the first use! The customer service was excellent; they helped me purchase the Pro easily and even gave me a discount for being a returning customer. Spend a little extra and get the Pro; you won't regret it.

Hello I had a challenge with ordering off the site and contacted support through messenger… long story short I was able to order the product Dual Pro and I received great support and follow up concerning my order!! I’m looking forward to receiving the product and highly recommend the company support!
