I bought the Lifetime Deal
I bought the Lifetime Deal - UNLIMITED back in 2024. Worked ok at the start but over time functionality has just reduced down to zero and now the old site seems to have just disappeared into the ether with no communication. Customer Support is absolutely nil. Feeling like I have been well and truly scammed :(

Purchased a lifetime Pro plan on 28/01/2026, from day one I am unable to convert text to speech, unable to select any language or voice. Created multiple tickets, no one replies. Zero support, worst experience, total waste of money.

Zero support and no recurring credits as promised
This was such a great product when I purchased it back in 2022. However, they do not live up to their promises. My lifetime deal (purchased through Stack Social on 7/13/22) was to include "50,000 characters monthly for life." Those 50,000 characters were never added. I messaged support several times and never got an answer back. Here now in 2026 I tried to login and discovered that they had “upgraded” the legacy platform to a brand‑new, feature‑rich app. I followed their steps and supposedly a team member was going to migrate my account. This never happened. Again, my many messages to support never got answered. All I got was an automatic welcome message signed by DaVinci AI team when I followed their migration steps. So now not only do I not get the credits I was promised but I have lost ALL of the data I had in that account. It really was a great app and it is very sad that someone would go through all the trouble to create a great product but then totally neglect the people who put their trust in them in the first place. And then wipe their data with no way to log in again.

Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent. Don’t even bother. I bought a lifetime deal from stacksocial.com. Got my code and everything for lifetime access. But I end up with a free limited account. I reached out to Textalky. They don’t have a phone number. Only a messaging app which is fine with me. A lot of companies use customer service via messaging and most issues are resolved that way. It’s been 3 days nothing. Even though their customer service is supposed to be open and they have 24 hours to respond. I contacted stack social, they responded but said they will figure out what’s going on. I got receipts and everything. Now I will just have to do a charge back from y credit card. Update: it is now July 2026 and they no longer have a login link. The sign up for free button just reloads the page. Customer service doesn’t exist. This is what I receive when I emailed them: Message not delivered Your message couldn't be delivered to (email) because the remote server is misconfigured.
