abysmal customer service,poor quality head unit with navigation app performance totally useless unless you like yandex otherwise do not bother,I used my cc3 for 10 months when i dumped it in rubbish bin where it belongs.

el pero servicio del mundo
son de lo pero en el servicio de envió , pagas unas pasta pro la radio te cobran 60 euros por los porte y compra en la web europea y la radio viene d china,,, que seguro que me toca pagar el IVA son unos estafadores o unos trabajaderas con pocas gana de trabajar o ningunas es la ultima vez que compro a esta gente se acabo compara barato luego te sale caro

What kind of pathetic business policy is this, teyes? If you didn't buy the device on our website, we won't provide support. It shouldn’t matter at all where in the world the device was purchased—it’s the same manufacturer/company. It’s pathetic that we’re locked into country-specific restrictions. Teyes is a really good product with exactly zero support. Shame on you, Teyes.AU.. wherever that country is... sad that i cannot rate zero stars, u deserve it really. poor business politics!

Absolut schlechte Customer Support. Kann es nicht weiter empfehlen. Man muss sich das mal vorstellen, man bestellt bei AliExpress in dem Teyes Shop aber auf der offiziellen homepage heißt es dann, wenn nicht hier bestellt, dann wenden sie sich an den Shop wo sie es gekauft haben, dass kann man sich nicht ausdenken, habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Wer kann denn ein besser helfen als der Hersteller...Tut euch alle einen Gefallen und kauft nicht dort.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this company truly deserves it. I bought the Teyes Lux One for my Toyota RAV4 2023 after their sales manager (Nadya) personally assured me that the unit is fully compatible and "everything will work plug-and-play". Big mistake. In reality: Steering wheel buttons don’t work properly. The original factory reverse camera doesn’t work at all (only useless parking guidelines appear). In the CANbus settings there is no option for RAV4 2023 — the newest model available is 2022-Present, and even that doesn’t work. I sent them multiple videos and dozens of photos showing my connections. Instead of real help, Nadya kept sending me the same useless links to old instructions for much older cars. She completely ignored the evidence and just repeated “you connected it wrong”. In the end, I took the car to a professional car audio workshop. The guys laughed and said right away: “These Teyes harnesses are for old models.” They replaced the CANbus with an RZC version — and everything started working instantly. The installation video they provide is an absolute joke — some guy silently messing with wires, covering everything with his hands, cutting cables, and wrapping tape with zero explanation. And they dare to call this an “instruction”? This company mass-produces universal garbage, throws a mountain of random wires at you, and expects the customer to figure everything out by himself. Zero quality control, zero real technical support, and zero honesty. Never again. Save your money and look for a better brand.
