I have been using this cargo service for many years, and I can genuinely say that the level of service they provide has always been exceptional. They are consistently professional, reliable, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Deliveries are handled quickly and with great care, and their customer service is outstanding. On the very rare occasions when there have been delays, these have generally been due to circumstances outside their control. What has always impressed me, however, is the way they handle such situations: communication is proactive, transparent, and clear, with realistic updates on expected delivery dates and timelines. Over the years, they have built an enormous amount of trust through their reliability, responsiveness, and commitment to their customers. It is rare to find a company that maintains such a consistently high standard of service year after year. I cannot recommend them highly enough. After many years of using their services, they remain my first choice for cargo deliveries, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, dependable, professional, and genuinely customer-focused cargo company. An outstanding service and a truly excellent team. Five stars without hesitation!

Thank you, for help with advice. Very professional, very attentive to customers, very nice gentelman answered to all my questions, super polite, real appreciate. Highly recommend their service, because you can see right away, if people care about their business and respect their job, care about us - customers. I highly recommend Tez Parcel at Coney Island location. Great experience ! A +++++ service. Gentelman Bekzod was extremly helpful, because I could not resolve the situation with other companies for a while. And he just kindly help with all my complicated questions. With patient and kindness. Sorry, for not proper English. But, again, I highly recommend their service. Miry mir !!!
