Missing item
Contacted customer service as I hadn’t received my item, I immediately had a reply from Brad who told me he was sending another one out in the post and they would contact the Royal Mail with regards to the missing one. I received the replacement collar the next week. The missing one was popped through my letter box by who ever received it a week later, after sending one back to Brad I had a lovely email to thank me for my honesty.

Great Harnesses and excellent customer…
Great Harnesses and excellent customer services. Slight issue as one of the collars had sold out but Brad very professionally solved the problem and came up with a great resolution. Thanks Brad I will post some pics of them wearing the outfits on the Big Day. 🙂

A lovely company.
The Adorable pooch company are lovely and very helpful. I couldn't find an item I had purchased previously from them on their website, so I contacted them. They responded very quickly, set up the order for me and dispatched it all within the same day. The order arrived very promptly and was beautifully packaged. I definitely recommend this company.

We have a miniature JRT puppy. We have searched high and low for a xxs harness. The adorable pooch has them. The one that we ordered fits him perfectly with plenty of adjustment.
