If I could give less than 1 star I…
If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are very hard to contact. Say they sent the item when they did not and will not refund 100% of your money. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. Do not use this company they are a scam.

SCAM SITE. NO PRODUCTS EVER SENT
Upon contacting Theatee after 7 weeks and no delivery, they gave me a tracking number and told me China Post have delivered the package on a certain date. I told them I had a doorbell camera and no deliveries came a week either side of supposed delivery date. Then they said that China Post told them that it was delivered to my nearest post office. Australia Post will not take a package from a courier addressed to someone else and obviously have no knowledge of a delivered package from China Post. Theatee then ask me to get a proof of loss document from the post office (who had nothing to do with it). When I asked them to fulfill the order by sending my items, they say the item is out of stock. I told them I ordered 10 items so they tell me they are all out of stock. In all their emails, there is never a name or anything else just the text. They finally offered me a 35% refund but I refused as I don't trust them at all and I'm sure I won't get anything. I'm happy to say that it won't be local police knocking on their door, they have committed international mail fraud from the many reviews I have seen and that is handled by a higher up force. The Theatee crew should be resting their bottoms as much as possible because they won't be able to sit down in prison.
