Under New Management – and Making a Real Difference! Having run two thebestof areas for more than 10 years, I can honestly say this is the best job I've ever had. Working alongside the new management team over the last 18 months has reminded me exactly why thebestof continues to be such a powerful network for local businesses and communities. The new head office team has brought fresh energy, investment, innovation and a clear vision for the future. Not only have they strengthened the technology, systems and support behind the scenes, but they've also introduced exciting new ideas and opportunities to help partners build stronger local communities and support even more businesses. They take care of the platform, technology and infrastructure that keep everything running smoothly, giving local partners like me the freedom to focus on what matters most, people and their businesses. Because they handle the operational side so effectively, I can spend my time meeting business owners, building relationships, organising events, creating connections and helping trusted local businesses get seen, heard and chosen. That's where the real value lies, and it's what makes this role so rewarding. What I particularly appreciate is that the new management team genuinely understands the importance of local communities. They're constantly looking for ways to help us create greater engagement, generate more opportunities for members and strengthen the relationships that help local economies thrive. It feels like a true partnership. Head office provides the tools, support, expertise and strategic direction, while we work on the ground bringing businesses and communities together. The support, trust and investment they provide make a huge difference. They listen, they innovate, and they actively encourage new ideas that help us make an even bigger impact in our areas. I'm incredibly grateful to be part of a network that continues to evolve, improve and invest in its people. Together, we're helping more local businesses succeed, creating stronger communities and making a positive difference every single day. Under New Management - they are GREAT!
Working alongside thebestof over the last year has reminded me why this network works so well. The new head office team focus on the technology, the systems and everything behind the scenes that keeps the platform running smoothly. Because they take care of that side of things, I’m free to focus on what really matters here in Eastbourne. People. They look after the tech so we can look after the community. That means I get to spend my time meeting local business owners, building relationships, running events and helping trusted businesses get seen and chosen, instead of worrying about platforms or processes. It feels like a proper partnership. They keep the engine running. We bring the town together. I’m genuinely grateful for the investment, the support and the trust they put in us. It helps us make a bigger difference for local businesses and the wider Eastbourne community every single day.

I switched to a service that came with…
I switched to a service that came with my SAAS. The Best PDF gave me great service, and I was disappointed to leave. They not only cancelled my service immediately, they refunded my subscription price for the month. I have never had a company do that. I will definitely come back if my SAAS lets me down.
