Great experience
I was very skeptical as this was my first clean factory purchase. I am VERY pleased with the whole experience. They communicated and sent the QC video and pictures as advertised. The watch arrived within 3 weeks and I am so happy with the watch itself. Looks and runs GREAT!!

I ordered the watch and then it took a couple of weeks to figure out how to pay them once I got it paid it took about a week they sent me videos of the watch. It made sure I liked everything once they did that I received the Watch overnight if I had any questions or concerns I did send them a message on WhatsApp and they did address my concerns, but everything came in perfect the watch is the real thing it weighs the right amount. It looks beautiful and works beautiful. I would highly recommend them.

Very bad experience.
adly, I had a terrible experience. First, I paid for express shipping (1 to 2 weeks) and waited over a month for the watch to arrive. They promised to refund the extra shipping cost, but never did. Second, the watch looks ok, but if you hand it to someone who owns a real Rolex, they will know right away that this is a replica (yes, I said replica, not a clone) because of the bracelet's inside. When you shake the machine, it works and feels like a cheap Chinese watch; also, the overall weight is not the same. I was very disappointed. Now, the worst part was that on the second day, the watch fell off my wrist due to a loose bracelet screw, which turned out to be low-quality. This is unacceptable. I reach them through WhatsApp and they read my messages and ghosted me, they read my messages but refused to return my extra express shipping and also accept my request to return the watch or partial refund. My advice is that stay away from these Chinese companies, if you accept what they send you, then everything is okay, but if you have any issues you're are dome. This replicas should not exceed $200 at the most

They will take your money and claim they didn't get it. They are straight thieves. And their work is nothing like a rolex.It is horrible
