Order placed in Feb . It’s now August.
I had placed my order in February and I had not yet received my knives and magnetic board. They have been just sending me generic messages and not entertaining refunds. I’m never buying from these tests again.

I have broken knives and can’t get a…
I have broken knives and can’t get a replacement. I’m considering going in person at this point because that have a lifetime warranty. These knives are far too expensive to ignore you customers and not replace what you promise to replace. I have emailed MANY many times with no response and can not find a phone number.

would give them zero stars. I ordered a knife beginning of December 2025 to this day. I still have not received it and it’s August 12, 2026. I’ve had several emails the first part of 2026 saying that it’s gonna be delivered soon but nothing end of July start emailing them to get my money back and since then no response responses I’ve been trying every portal. They have even reported him with Shopify. I don’t think the company is in existence anymore very disappointed. I bought several knives from them in the past and they all came out really nice but ever since the end of 2025 they’ve been garbage.

Total garbage company
Total garbage company. Sent a knife back in Dec 2025 and it was extremely poor quality. Tried for a refund or exchange and they are extremely non responsive and have said a couple times now they would help and they've done nothing. Avoid purchasing anything from these guys as you will get screwed.
