I ordered these blankets and they sent the wrong size. Sara was efficient and answered my contact form quickly. She helped me quickly and we came to a good resolution. Sara was very helpful

Not a US company and returns are more expensive than the item.
I ordered 2 blankets in queen size but what I received is barely a twin blanket. I realized that this companies queen is not a US queen because my daughter received hers the same day I ordered mine. I immediately emailed the only email that their website and google gave for them. I wanted to revise the order to their largest size(and pay the difference) as I now knew that my original order would not fit my bed. Crickets! I followed up 24-48 hours later and still no response. Now in reading others reviews I know that I will not get a refund without spending more than I paid for them. This is a scam company. If they weren’t they would have an actual customer service department with a phone number and I could have revised the order immediately by phone. I guess they don’t want you to know that they are not a Wyoming company and that you are dealing with either Germany or a third world company. Definitely the buyer should beware and with all these bad reviews that the company would state on the website the different sizing instead of the cm sizing in super small print.

I feel like I have been "fleeced" by The Fleece Co!
I ordered 2 queen size blankets. My main complaint is that they definitely were not the size that was advertised. I measured them. They were much smaller than their advertised dimensions. They were happy to let me return the blankets...to Germany!! To return the blankets to Germany would cost over $50, which is not worth it. The company name is fitting... I feel like I have been "fleeced". I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased from The Fleece Company.

Impressive Customer Service
When my order of two blankets showed up and one was the wrong size, I reached out to customer service immediately. After submitting photos showing proof of the mistake, I was informed that the proper blanket would be on its way to me. The whole process took only a couple of days. Sara took care of me and was kind and expeditious. THANK YOU SARA! Excellent customer service! And magnificent product!
