Do not waste a single dollar on TFXS / Forex Skyline. This whole service is a trap designed to earn broker commissions at your expense.
Here is the truth about my experience: 1 Fake and Outdated Track Records: All the MyFxBook links they share are completely outdated and no longer updated. On top of that, he never shows a verified, running Live Account for his current results. It is highly likely that they are only using Demo Accounts to fake their performance and hide the actual losses. 2 Fake Telegram Community: Their entire Telegram group is a total illusion. It is packed with fake bots, scripted members, and fabricated positive reactions to make the service look successful and trustworthy. It is 100% manipulated marketing. 3 Zero Support & Ghosting: As soon as you run into issues, ask about risk management, or have technical problems with their broken license system, they completely ghost you. John and his team do not reply for days, leaving you completely in the dark. 4 The Broker Trap: They only care about you depositing money via their affiliate link and forcing high-risk trades to activate their commissions. The software is garbage, the licenses are broken, and the marketing is entirely fake. Save your hard-earned money and look for a real, transparent EA instead of falling for this junk.

Absolute disappointment in customer service
Decided to take a chance on this service after reading reviews about the team's responsiveness and helpfulness, in addition to the positive outlook of the EAs they have built, but it was not what I personally experienced at all. The TFXS customer support has been dismal. Responses were timely from getting the EA and VPS running till the point of me needing help and advice from the team after the huge impact of a bad day of trades on my capital (USD1500 deposit, USD750 credit, almost 50% of total equity wiped out in a couple of hours). Unsurprisingly, this was when help was required the most then, especially when I sought clarity on the EA's protection parameters and how I should proceed with the limited capital I had left. Had initially only received one suggestion to run the new BTCUSD EA on my almost blown account; waited 3 days and sent multiple follow-up texts before getting an explanation from John. After that, I asked for advice/suggestions on how to proceed with the remnant of my capital because it had only been 14 days of running the EA at that point and I felt it was unfair to evaluate the algorithm based on one bad day of trades, but again received no response (even after 2 follow-up prompts over 3 days). At no point in the chat did I pin the blame on the EA or the TFXS team for my losses, I just sought clarity and a better understanding of what could possibly have happened. Wish I could upload my texts here for full transparency, lol. Am left with only USD394 of capital to withdraw, and have made the decision to call it quits because the lack of support from the team when I arguably needed it most has completely eroded my trust in TFXS overall.
