Lifting !!!!
With the new formula, both HARD BIAB and BIAB™ start lifting after just one week. Whenever you complain about it, the response is always that it must be the lamp or the application technique. But when the same issue keeps happening after the formula change, it’s frustrating to have the blame constantly put on the nail tech instead of considering that the product itself might be the problem.

Lifting & chipping all within 2 days of application, and not even from heavy use. 3 coats are needed to avoid see through spots.

The list goes on why you shouldn’t buy from them
Quality is awful, they’re grainy builder gels. Customer service is rude - they refuse refunds by asking you to open the bottles to show a faulty product and then say you can’t return them because they’re opened Their shades do not match the photos of the description. They also cause allergic reactions They also are famous on social media for being rude and trying to up their prices the same day as nail techs did, totally disrespecting the industry. They also changed the formula of their products without telling techs, and then when gel wasn’t staying on and customers were angry, finally owned up, but still declined all returns. They don’t care about their customers, they just try to make out on Instagram they do, but they just pay people to advertise their content which isn’t authentic. Don’t trust them. Just to one search on Tik tok to realise why people don’t shop at this company anymore. The customer service advisors are delusional and so rude, basically a company of Regina Georges, hope that makes you giggle

I’ve been using this brand for over five years, and unfortunately, during the last year I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality and consistency of their products. The products are simply not the same anymore. The viscosity varies from bottle to bottle, the colours are inconsistent, and the overall stability and performance are nothing like they used to be. Since the change to the HEMA-free formulas, my experience has been particularly disappointing. I’m now experiencing lifting within as little as two days, which is completely unacceptable for a professional nail product. After using this brand successfully for so many years, I know how these products used to perform, and the difference is very noticeable. It’s extremely frustrating to spend money on professional products and never know what consistency or performance you’re going to get from the next bottle. Sadly, after five years of loyalty to this brand, I no longer feel I can rely on their products. For me, the current quality and inconsistency make them a waste of money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Order 1513697 I placed an order – paid for delivery. Parel never got delivered to me, delivery image is on main road outside my block of fats. Checked with everyone no one has seen it, contacted the gel bottle, the lady said she was re ordering it ( I was happy with it but I asked her can you do it on en express delivery as I need these urgently for my clients). She said no I cannot promise fast delivery, I said just refund and I ll get it from amazon same day delivery – she said I cant refund you need to investigate into this. So were you not going to investigate when sending a replacement ? I have now received alternatives from amazon No response form gel bottle, I’m without money and my items. Not happy. Do not bother buying with them.
