consiglio assolutamente a tutti di non acquistare mai nulla su questo sito. Prodotti completamente diversi da quello mostrati in foto, senza etichette e per di più contraffatti. Inoltre, appena mi sono provato una felpa, si è rotta la cerniera. Indegno!

I'd give them a - 5 stars if possible. A total waste of money. I ordered two Patagonia rain jackets and received a totally different model although from research I believe these are knockoffs. The response received from my inquiry is a cookie cutter response which just drags on the process. They will attempt to have you keep the item and give you a discount on a new order, however, you're already out the initial payment. If for ANY reason you try too make an exchange or return, YOU are responsible for the shipping cost. From prior experience with companies like this one, I believe this is a Chinese company. My advise is to STAY AWAY from this company as the only thing genuine is that you will GENUINELY GET RIPPED OFF!!!! 11 emails into myt attempt to make an exchange and I'm still out of $250.

DO NOT BUY anything from them. If I could give ZERO I would!!! I don’t usually get scammed but this place is a joke. A hoodie took 3 months to arrive and then I’ve been battling for a couple weeks to return it. It was a size large but definitely not an adult size. And now to return it..I have to pay return shipping to. Dubai!!!! WTF… DO NOT BUY from them

It's very smelly, it smells awful 2. It's super thick, the sleeves are extremely long, it looks like an old shirt, and it doesn't have any tags. 3. very poor quality, feels like it’s made of cheap material 4. I paid extra for shipping for it to arrive earlier between 5-8 business days, but I just received it 5. This is nothing like what I expected for the amount I paid. I'm sorry, but I want my money back. This is a nightmare; there's no phone number to contact them, and the email address listed there for my return isn't responding. It's a scam, they stole my money. The baseball jersey received is counterfeit, despite the product images implying authenticity and a description explicitly claiming it is "officially licensed by Nike and the World Baseball Classic... sold through The Genuine Leather as an official licensed retailer." The jersey I received was missing the lower-left logo shown in the photos and lacks internal collar and care labels. When I requested a refund, the sales representative was evasive, arguing that no misrepresentation occurred because of a buried note in the product details stating, "this is a recreated product." Explicitly claiming an item is officially licensed while hiding a disclaimer that it is a replica is blatant false advertising. For returns, the website states "20 Days easy, risk-free returns" but they're refusing to accept my return.
