We have been using CalmCarry for 1 year now & it is the #1 coping device our teen has found! Whether it’s at school, bedtime, or just out on the town where things can get a bit overwhelming, this is a constant.

my glowco had an issue
my glowco had an issue. the silicone holder strap broke. i contacted glowco. they have issued a free replacement for the strap. im very satisfied with the level of customer service

DO NOT BUY FIRE HAZARD!
DO NOT BUY! DANGEROUS FIRE HAZARD! I ordered two weeks ago. The device turns off on its own after 20 mins, I noticed that when I pick up the calm carry after 30 mins it is very warm. This should not happen after it turns off, which is very scary as the device is marketed for sleep! If i didn't notice or forgot about the device it would stay on indefinitely until it endes up causing a fire! If you turn it off and on the heat goes away so there is obviously a electrical malfunctioning problem. PLEASE DO NOT BUY! I bought directly from the official glowco website not amazon! I contacted them about this and they sent out a new one. The new one is doing the same, infact it gets even hotter than the first one! So scary. I have just contacted them to get a full refund, I hope that goes well. If not I will come back and write it in this review.

Dangerous Product
Dangerous Product I was concerned about the danger of my CalmCarry overheating when Off (very warm/hot when I awoke in the night). I notified GLOWCO and was advised to NOT use and NOT charge and after I forwarded the requested “proof of authenticity”, Invoice number and numerous photos and a video. After two days of emails back and forth I received an email telling me that they were unable to assist (contradicting the 1 year warranty). They wrote that I should contact Amazon. I contacted Amazon and they immediately issued a return, refund and also noted the danger of overheating on the return to make sure it was not going back into inventory. Amazon has amazing Customer Service. This CalmCarry was made in 2026 and GLOWCO did not admit if there was a batch that has Battery Problems that should be recalled.

This business is entirely deceptive and…
This business is entirely deceptive and structured to take advantage of parental fears. They list key feature differentiating themselves from “cheap” alternatives as the 20 min shut off feature. But as other reviews point out. They quietly began to remove the feature. In their Amazon page this is marketed as “enhanced user control” but looks more like a pivot away from their higher quality supplier to boost their margins by essentially selling the same product as the “fakes”. Since their website has a return policy that’s extremely difficult to navigate, they chose to delay updating their website and still boasts the feature’s existence. Tip to anyone who received the device without the shutoff. File the change back with your credit card as soon as possible. Note to glowco. The device works for some people. Stop skimming on quality. Get a supplier with a better battery over charge protection and restore the shut off.
