Thoughtful and excellent broker
Jonas was excellent to work with when switching from public to private health insurance in Germany. As someone navigating this in English, I really appreciated how clear and detailed his explanations were. He provided thorough, well-organized comparison documents (premium breakdowns, benefit comparisons, even the full preventive care catalogue) that made it easy to understand exactly what I was choosing between. He was also very fast to respond and consistently polite throughout, and never rushed the process, which mattered a lot for a decision this significant. Highly recommend if you're looking for a broker who takes the time to make sure you actually understand your options!

Jonas was excellent to work with when switching from public to private health insurance in Germany. As someone navigating this in English, I really appreciated how clear and detailed his explanations were. How all broker experiences should be!
As an Australian living in Berlin, I was quite overwhelmed when I first arrived in Germany and needed to make choices about how to set up my health insurance - and I couldn't be more glad to have found Jonas as my advisor and broker. He helped me navigate the entire process of moving from the public system into a private policy that works great for me – and all in superb English! What I love especially about Jonas is that he maintains a relationship with his clients far beyond the first signature, Jonas has always been here to help me navigate any interaction with my insurer.
