Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic customer service. I opened all my frames that I had ordered, when in different lighting I realised I did not like the colour. This of course voided my possibility to return. The lady Claire was so so helpful and lovely ! Allowed me to exchange the items out of good will gesture. I just thought this was so kind will recommend this company to anyone and I love my frames !

Absolutely outstanding customer…
Absolutely outstanding customer service. First of all I never received the goods even though I received a delivered notification. I contacted the team and they immediately sent me replacements. Once I received the replacements I had to return them unfortunately they were not the right colour scheme for my daughters decor. The process was simple and I received a full refund within a couple of days. I would also like to add the product was of outstanding quality. I would definitely recommend this company. I think k I mainly dealt with Claire thank you Claire 😊

Great customer service, not so great product.
I have came back to update my review following the proactive customer service received. I initially wrote about the poor quality frame received which was unlike what was advertised. That fact still stands but I am super impressed with the proactive approach you took with me and the acknowledgement received. Thank you for resolving this so efficiently, and the updated review reflects that of a local business trying its best.

Good quality much better than others I have seen .Third time ordering and my item arrived slightly damaged . Claire sorted this straight away and kept in touch . Great customer service
