So many issues to get this gift card…
So many issues to get this gift card working, its a gift so unable to get a code to check balance, but provided the PIN the organisation who gifted it to me, but the customer service team refuse to advise. I also recieved a gift card, now have two cards I cannot access, the customer service team i believe run a scam and purposefully be difficult as im sure any unspent funds they pocket.

Declined at every shop
These gift cards get declined at every single online place I have tried despite entering the correct details. What was a nice wedding gift has now turned into an incredibly frustrating experience and a loss of over £100. AVOID

Utterly appalling user experience.
Utterly appalling. Totally unusable, zero support. It is a most frustrating process – half built app, basic and non operable website, no phone assistance, You Tube instructions that don’t match the app capability. 0/10 experience. Mine was a gift from my employer for 10 years service - Completely ruined the experience.

Still not received my card - and it has been almost a week
As with many people I imagine, I ordered a card last minute for an emergency birthday present. You have to send the money by bank transfer. I did that late on a Friday but they don't tell you that they don't work over the weekend so all I had was an order acknowledgement email. It is now Thursday and I still do not have any details other than an order number - and am still chasing the company. Avoid - get an Amazon voucher instead or from someone else who knows how to do things in a quick and easy way. It can't be that difficult but for some reason these people have made it so! I hope I actually get the voucher/card at some stage!

The card were a present for my 60th…
The card were a present for my 60th birthday and such a great idea as they were universal. My parents both purchased the cards for my birthday but sadly my Dad passed award a few weeks before that day so what I have purchased with the cards is extra special as they remind me, particularly, of my Dad. When I have just wanted to check anything about the use of the cards or amounts remaining on them with the TPG team they have been great and come back to me very quickly to clarify the points I have raised. The cards have been a great gift for all these reasons and I would certainly purchase them again for family and friends and recommend to anyone who asked me about a great gift to get. Thank you. Phil
