Late delivery, no delivery refund or partial refund offered for various issues.
Placed an order for a Rimowa suitcase. Price was good for the condition of the bag. There’s a £10 off your order message that appears on the website if you enter the email, I tried with multiple emails and I received nothing, not wanting this item to be out of stock, I decided to order straight away with the view of hopefully receiving a partial refund after delivery. There were issues with the delivery. Delivery took longer than expected as it exceeded the declared size for Royal Mail. I had to pay £10 for the additional postage before it was released to me, this charge was refunded. I queried the £10 discount, I was told this couldn’t be refunded, despite the obvious issue on the website where you don’t receive any code for this, I was instead offered money off a future purchase. It would have been nice for an exception to be made here given the delivery issues, the cost of the delivery I paid wasn’t even refunded despite it being late. Whilst I received the £10 extra I paid back, and I’m happy with the item, I would be reluctant to order from The Loved Lux again, unfortunately.
