Absolute scam!
Absolute scam! Ordering from Europe a product worth 25 Euros, I was charged 9 Euros for shipping, 7 Euros for customs fees and another 15 Euros for processing the customs formalities, so 56 Euros all together! Never again!

Years of excellent experiences!
I've been doing business with The Maca Team for several years now & have never had any issues. In fact, I believe they ARE committed to providing high quality products at VERY reasonable prices.. Shipping has ALWAYS been faster than expected (and I really appreciate the "Do Not Xray" stickers they use on the outside of the box. I've shared The Maca Team with LOTS of folks over the years & they've all been pleased, as well.

Vorsicht! Plötzlich nach Kaufabschluss wollen sie für fedex noch Zollgebühren. Nie wieder bestelle ich bei The Maca Team. Das Maca bekommt man hier auch. Ohne extra Zollgebühren.

Stay away if buying from outside the US
Anyone buying from outside the US, better stay away from this company and buy locally instead or you will be CHARGED al leats 30% Extra in TAXES and tax-handling fees ON TOP of the original price paid. - Even if you buy from their EU website. This is misleading because when you buy from their EU website, they still send the order from the US. Resulting in= I live in the EU and even though my order has not been delivered yet FedEx is now sending me a bill to pay them import TAXES (on the order price and delivery price!) plus a handling fee for this. The fee FedEx is charging me is equivalent to 30% of what I paid The Maca Team for my order! Their EU website does hide a small text that does state that this is how they're doing business (below)... But I never thought to inspect the small text on their website about this since they have both a US website and an EU one - and I chose to buy from their EU website to avoid paying taxes! "Please note: Customs are not included in the shipment. We take every effort to minimize the chances that you will need to pay customs, but your country may charge you customs fees. You will have to pay those fees if they do to retrieve your package. The Maca Team is not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package. Please check your country’s customs policies before ordering if you have any concerns."

Habe leider mehr als eine Woche auf…
Habe leider mehr als eine Woche auf meine Bestellung warten müssen und diese auch nur erst nach mehreren E-Mails zugestellt bekommen. Nach Österreich wird durch den Zustelldienst GLS versendet, der zu einer der schlechtesten gehört, einfach katastrophal und das nicht bei wenig Versandkosten.
