Amazing company
Amazing company. I love this shop, they give amazing support on starting your reusable nappies journey, excellent customer support. I love the clearance items, the exhire and 30 day trial ones. I literally look what's been uploaded every few days. I learned everything I know about reusables from the nappy lady.

Brilliant service and very knowledgeable
Have ordered a few times now from the nappy lady and the orders have always been dispatched immediately with careful packaging. They have a fantastic range of products, the preloved items have arrived in fantastic condition! I've also asked for advice and been given incredibly helpful, honest and comprehensive advice. Cannot recommend highly enough

I have attended a free reusable tutorial and received a, once again, FREE personalised guide on what nappies would be most suited to me based on a survey I filled in. It has been extremely helpful and I cannot thank the company enough. It has really helped me get started on my reusable nappy journey and helped me understand it so much more than I ever did.
