Ive brought a few kits now for my son every one is to a high quality whenever i have enquired about the new kits and when they will be up on the website they have always responded fairly quickly. kits usually arrive within 2 weeks of ordering

Really poor quality fake shirt. Asked for a refund multiple times and they take ages to respond and offer discounts instead of a refund.

I was pleasantly surprised that the jersey was in such good quality and that the customer service always replied pretty quickly. It took a little longer than expected (5 weeks). But the customer service was always pretty quick and therefore I had zero worries during my wait. I would recommend it and surely buy once again.

Top quality kits
Top quality kits (obviously not authentic, but you cant really tell that) with just fraction of the price of compared to the "authentic" ones. This was my third time ordering from them. There are many shady companies in this business, but this is not one of them. They will reply quickly on Insta if you have any questions. Sometimes the tracking doesnt work, but the shirts will arrive in the end. Dont expect delivery times being 1-2 week (atleast to northern Europe) , which you would get with Nike, Adidas or other official sites. But you dont also have to pay 150€ for one kit. It usually takes little less than a month to arrive. If you are thinking of buying football shirts (not authentic) and wondering which site is reliable, this one is. Definitely recommend, but just take note that delivery might take a bit time.

Beware, fake clothing
**Original review taken down as it contained a link to a screenshot of the email Thenewkits sent me to take down my other review** Ordered, but after a few days, went to check on the progress of the order. Read the wording on the website and then the reviews which confirmed the items are fake. Fine if you want that sort of thing but just to make people aware so they can make their own choice. Tried to cancel whilst the order was in ‘processing’ to be told it was too late to cancel. I was told to wait for the item to arrive to then return it. It arrived after weeks of waiting. I sent multiple emails asking how I can return it, explaining why and then being asked the same thing again and again each email. I felt I was blackmailed to take down my original 1 star review as they said it was inaccurate and made me feel like if I didn’t do so, I would not receive a refund. They only refund if the item is defective, incorrect or the wrong size. The item itself is not good quality. Mismatch of shades between certain trims of the shirt, badge is a transfer instead of sown on, badges look wonky. By all means buy if you are aware the cloths are not genuine and be prepared to wait. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations I am entitled to a refund within 14 days, which I have documentation for, which I have passed onto the bank regarding the charge back.
