Good Product, But No Support
I joined this membership in May 2024 and paid for lifetime access. After the platform was changed or migrated, I lost access to my account and have been unable to log in for several months. I have contacted support multiple times but have not received a resolution. The biggest problem is that the primary support system appears to be inside the members area itself, which doesn't help when the issue is being locked out of the members area. I am not requesting anything beyond access to the membership I purchased. I have been patient and have attempted to resolve this privately, but after several months without a solution, I felt it was important to share my experience. If this issue is resolved, I will gladly update this review. update: Owner reached out immediately. I have access and am pleased. More useful products in one place than I could ever use. RAISED TO 5 STARS

I requested a refund by opening a…
I requested a refund by opening a ticket through the dashboard and by sending an email. No answer. Just received an automated email saying there was a delivery issue with my email. I guess the wrong support email address was supplied when I made the purchase. If the company sees this review, I am waiting for my refund. Thank you.
