Tastes great …
I lost 4 stone on New You 4 years ago and now use it for a bit of maintenance if I have been on holiday or have had a weekend away ! They taste great and the plan works !! Delivery is quick .

Amazing and wide range of delicious food!! The price is so affordable, I find myself more inclined to buy different products!! Delivery time is always super fast. So glad I found you! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight

A new cusomer and I will definitely order again
I had used another VLCD company in the past so wanted to try this one as it was much cheaper and had more choice of flavours. I must admit I wasn't keen at first and contacted them about sending most of the order back. They suggested I persevere a little longer and explained how the meals could be made without a microwave but they were still happy for me to return stock and explained the straightforward process. I did continue and found a few I liked, particularly the bars! I really disliked the shakes though. It was very difficult to work out how much money to expect back due to all the discounts a new customer receives. I sent back just under half of the packs I had purchased and was surprised to receive an email very quickly to say they had refunded just under half of what I paid which was fantastic! So, overall, I disliked most of the packs, but that is personal taste and there were a few that were ok. I will definitely be buying the bars and trying 1 of each of the other bars to build a favourites list, and with the polite, helpful and prompt dealing of my returns, I am more than happy to recommend The New You Plan and remember it is personal taste. Oh and, taste apart, I have lost over a stone, so I am happy.
