Getting to the Root Changed Everything
I’d been following Theo for some time, and his health insights and nutritional knowledge really resonated with me. Reaching out was something I initially thought I didn’t need to do. I’m so glad I did. I had accepted the daily grind of interrupted sleep, waking exhausted, digestive issues, stomach discomfort and acid reflux as something I simply had to live with. Added to that were months of excessive hair loss. I knew I needed to find out what was really going on, and I was confident Theo could help because his approach is about getting to the root of a health issue—not simply managing the symptoms. Theo put me on a targeted protocol designed to clean, heal and restore my body. Within a month, I started noticing real changes, and the improvements have continued. The health issues that had been affecting my daily life are now gone. Theo also provided me with a protocol to support and optimize my eye health as a preventative measure. Along the way, I’ve learned so much about my own health, but perhaps the greatest benefit is having a much clearer understanding of what my body needs to function at its best. I recommend Theo 100%. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Theo ist lebensverändernd
Die Zusammenarbeit mit Theo ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes lebensverändernd. Egal, worum es geht, Theo nimmt sich die Zeit, zuzuhören, geht individuell auf die Situation ein und gibt Ratschläge, die wirklich etwas bewirken. Nachdem ich vor ein paar Jahren bei verschiedenen Ärzten irgendwann nicht mehr weitergekommen bin, haben mir seine Tipps und seine Unterstützung unglaublich geholfen und meine Lebensqualität verbessert. Besonders schätze ich, dass Theo nicht einfach irgendwelche allgemeinen Ratschläge gibt, sondern sich wirklich mit der individuellen Situation auseinandersetzt und Zusammenhänge verständlich erklärt. Man fühlt sich bei ihm ernst genommen, gut aufgehoben und vor allem nicht allein gelassen. Seine Unterstützung hat mir neue Perspektiven gegeben und mir gezeigt, dass man selbst einiges verändern kann. Ich bin sehr dankbar für die Zusammenarbeit und kann Theo aus voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Wer wirklich etwas für seine Gesundheit und sein Wohlbefinden verändern möchte, ist bei Theo meiner Meinung nach genau richtig!

Positive experience with Theo Bergmann
I have a very positive experience with Theo and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their health / heal health issues and explore a natural approach to healing. Theo is always attentive and genuinely cares about his clients. Whenever I have a question or need help, he responds quickly and is always there with guidance and support. His approach is practical, personalized effective. I have seen real improvements in different areas of my health since working with him. What I value most is that his approach, based on the Medical Medium method, looks beyond simply managing symptoms. He helps you understand possible underlying factors that may be contributing to health issues and provides practical tools and lifestyle strategies to support your overall well-being. This has been particularly valuable for me with issues that I had struggled to improve through conventional approaches alone. His health coaching platform is also excellent. It is clear, well organized, easy to use, and contains all the information, guidance, and resources you need in one place. I also really appreciate the weekly community calls. Theo regularly checks in to see how things are going and whether there have been any changes, which makes you feel genuinely supported throughout the process. I am very happy with the progress I have made and with the knowledge I have gained along the way. Theo is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping people improve their health and well-being. I highly recommend him!
