I love pens and write with a fountain…
I love pens and write with a fountain pen. So I ordered the correct fitting cartridges. One of the batches, at least had some sort of ink blockage in it so ink never reached the nib. I have not used all the cartridges so do not know how many are faulty. It took about6 weeks to a replacement for one box of cartridges, 1 had ordered 4. Although I do not yet know if the rest I ordered work or not.

Placed my order on the 5th of August and one of my items was to be shipped from elsewhere which could take up to ‘ten working days’ - I enquired as to the whereabouts of my items on the 16th of August and they got back to me to say they were hoping the items would arrive end of the week. Nothing turned up so I emailed again on the 24th to say I still hadn’t heard anything and that if the items couldn’t be located I wanted a refund as I could see the pens were available elsewhere too. They responded saying that after chasing the items the supplier advised it was due this week but they weren’t sure when and that they had cancelled my order at the my request - but no info on when I’d receive a refund. I emailed again asking for details on the 25th and didn’t hear back until today (27th) where they claimed that they had told me a refund was issued (but this was never mentioned in the email??) - would avoid using this site given several other bad reviews, it shouldn’t take 10 days for stock to arrive from suppliers when the majority of online retailers can get stock transported in just a few days.

Order was lost in transit, slow customer service
I'd seen reviews about them being legit, but their shipping system being bad. I took a chance anyways, and my order was supposed to be dispatched in two days, but after ten days they hadn't been dispatched. I reached out to them, and they replied after five days, after which they finally acknowledged that it was lost in transit and gave me a refund. At least I got my money back, but would not recommend buying from them.
