Anime goodies Yes plz
My boxs always have amazing stuff inside.I have been getting boxs for almost 3 years now I may get the same item but each time it has someone different on it from a different anime so different item. I love how each box is put together and how each item it picked with care. Being able to vote helps that way the people who are buying get a say on what's inside. It really easy to sign up and change your the what's what you are currently getting and adding on your add-on.

received my otaku box today and they…
received my otaku box today and they forgot to send the WWC cards pack i paid an extra £20 for, wasn't in the box. absolutely no way of contacting them about it, facebook group gone. might have to try getting money back in my bank. EDIT: a month later, no way of contacting them, no response to my review and bank unable to refund the WWC cards i never received. lost £20, ended up cancelling my box after 4 years of them, just too risky now.

Horrible company
Horrible company! All their products are fake and poorly made. Customer service doesn't exist and they have made it almost impossible to cancel. Lots of predatory marking and now with the age verification it just makes me wonder how secure they are with the data. No thank you! Stay away - unless you want to be spammed through email and text forever.

Not at all Trustworthy
The company frequently ships incorrect orders and their customer service is extremely poor, taking weeks to respond to concerns. Currently, their customer service links don't even work nor does the support e-mail. Terrible company. Save your money.

Annoying marketing practises
Annoying marketing practises. Ordered a box and it never arrived, emailed to complain and it still never arrived. Oh well £80 lost. Now all they do is spam me and ignore my unsubscribe requests. My order is from a couple of years ago, but the annoying marketing sparked me to write this now. "Liz" is a scammer.
