I miss the old panel station app it was…

I miss the old panel station app it was great. With this new one I always get disqualified but I complete the surveys the correct way and I even take my time to read the questions carefully. What a waste of my time.

The Panel Station…no longer user friendly

I have been with The Panel Station since January 2023 and previously the website was user friendly and it was easy to cash out rewards It was frustrating when they started to convert Points into Coins but I did manage to Win 2 of the Bid To Wins - but this no longer seems to be available so unsure what my 'Coins' get me now? But since they updated the website earlier this year (and admitting that there were problems) it is impossible to get the OTP to "Please verify your email address to unlock all features" and the OTP to Redeem Points into Gift Vouchers in the Reward Catalogue, even though getting an OTP to log in works efficiently They keep telling you things like "Welcome to the Gold Star Club" or "Priority update applied to your account" but have not seemed to address the main issues they acknowledged in their email of January 2026: We know that some of you have been facing issues while logging in, and while redeeming your rewards on The Panel Station. We understand how concerning that can be. We are really sorry as this is not the experience we want for you. Please know that your queries and concerns have not gone unnoticed. Our teams are actively working behind the scenes to resolve these issues with care and urgency. Very soon, you will be able to experience The Panel Station the way it’s truly meant to be - seamless, rewarding, and built around you. Your voice matters here. We truly appreciate your continued participation and understand how frustrating it must be to experience difficulties, particularly with OTP verification and reward redemption. We’re sorry that the recent platform changes have not provided the smooth experience you previously had. We also understand your concerns regarding the transition from Points to Coins and the availability of Bid to Win. Regarding Coins, they are now eligible for conversion into Reward Points on a monthly basis, based on a dynamic conversion value and market-specific monthly limits. To be eligible, panelists need to complete at least one Research Survey during the month. Any eligible Coins that are not converted will carry forward to the following month. We’re also continuously working with our relevant teams to improve the platform and address issues affecting the panelist experience, including OTP verification and reward redemption. Even 1 star is too much

Even 1 star is too much. The Panel Station is the worst survey company of all survey companies. You wait for months to have your points credited, sometimes they don't even get credited to your account. Their customer service is totally useless, they can't even resolve queries. Rather close down The Panel Station total waste of our precious time.
