I have both a massage gun and the Jet…
I have both a massage gun and the Jet Boots. The gun has developed a sticky covering, which is apparently the plastic breaking down. The Jet Boots now work at different speeds and one boot is definitely not operating properly. Therabody have been spectacularly unhelpful and their customer service is very poor. Disappointing, given these are premium products with high prices. A relative asked about buying some boots and whilst they were great to use, they haven't lasted and aren't good value. So I couldn't recommend them.

Declining quality and limited warranty , skip this purchase
Our older model pro was amazing and lasted 6 years and was still going it’s just the sponge part kept on detaching from the plastic that held on to the machine , so we upgraded- we bought a new therabody pro 1.5 years ago for around $900 . First just after the one year warranty, the power cord failed. We bought another cord and then two months later the battery died . One year warranty for a $900 machine is simply not long enough and especially when obviously the quality has degraded so much in the late models. Planned obsolescence is strong with this one I wish I had have seen what bad reviews it had started getting and I would’ve gone for a different brand. Once an amazing machine now a massive disappointment not to the mention E waste.

$900 Theragun PRO failed after just 1 year
$900 Theragun failed after just over a year My $900 Theragun PRO Plus failed after just over a year of use. It powers on, but the motor no longer operates. Therabody advised that it is just outside their limited warranty, but incredibly, they don’t offer repairs either. For a premium $900 device, I expected it to last considerably longer than a year, or at the very least have a repair option available. Very disappointing durability and after sales support for such an expensive product. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!

Broken.
I bought a theraface and it broke after warranty expired. For such a high price tag, you'd think it wouldn't stop working for no reason. But alas, that's exactly what happened. Used it once a month, and the battery has now failed. Don't waste your money!

Excellent customer service
I was browsing in Harrods today when I came across the Therabody concession. I spoke with their representative, Michael, about the problem I have with plantar fasciitis. Michael went the extra mile to explain how the Therabody device I already own (purchased for back issues) could help with my foot. Excellent customer service!
