Non-existent 5-year warranty – Avoid Thermalright AIO coolers
I purchased a Thermalright Frozen Edge 360 Liquid Cooler, and the pump suffered a complete mechanical seizure after making a loud, high-pitched screeching noise. CPU temperatures instantly shot up past 80°C under minimal load (<40W / 18% load). I temporarily fitted a single-tower air cooler, and temperatures immediately dropped back to a normal 35°C idle. The real issue is Thermalright's warranty support. Despite advertising a 5-year manufacturer warranty, their support team refused to honour the claim or provide an RMA return address. Instead, they repeatedly sent canned, automated responses demanding that I reinstall the broken pump onto a live system to film a video—expecting me to risk thermal damage to my CPU just to reproduce data already provided in high-resolution BIOS diagnostics. After multiple emails offering to post the physical unit back for bench testing, they simply passed the buck, telling me to contact the Amazon seller (which is their own distribution entity). Thermalright makes decent budget hardware on paper, but their 5-year warranty is completely illusory when their RMA department engages in deliberate stonewalling. If you buy an AIO from them, treat it as having zero warranty support once it breaks.

NO SUPPORT, DO NOT USE THERMALRIGHT
Brand gets a lot of good reviews on their devices, but I don't know how. The defective LGA2066 screws snapped on install with their Frozen Warframe 360. I reached out to ThermalRight support last Tuesday for assistance, hoping for a pack of replacement screws. What I got was a bunch of back and forth for days, followed by a bunch of waiting. A week later, I'm told I should just get it replaced through Amazon. WHY WAIT THIS LONG TO TELL ME THAT!?!?!? And their website is FULL OF LIES. It states that support is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm Pacific Time. I have only ever gotten responses at ~2am from Taiwan, as evident by the replies containing Chinese characters. I have not had access to a computer or work for a month, and when I'm SO CLOSE to finally getting this PC fixed and an income again... this company is making me undo all of it and start over. I will NEVER buy another ThermalRight product, I don't care how quiet their fans allegedly are. I'll never know. Because it broke on install.

10/10, et je viendrais update si problème.
J'ai commandé sur Amazon, un Assassin 120 se et un Phantom spirit. ils sont super les 2 et aucun souci avec le 120 se qui est en fonctionnement depuis quelques mois. Si j'ai un souci avec l'un d'eux je viendrais faire une mise a jour ici. Je vous recommande grandement ces ventirads ! Simple a installer, silencieux, super refroidissant et super prix.

5-Stars! Best customer service experience I've had in years.
I am super happy with Thermalright! I reached out to see if I could mount my very old Silver Arrow cooler to a new AM5 CPU. Their support team (Andrea) was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and very fair. They shipped me the necessary mounting kit from halfway across the world for a very low price. The package arrived safely and faster than expected. If you are looking for a company that actually cares about its customers and supports its products long-term, look no further. Highly recommended!

No customers support at all
Thermalright customers service is useless. It's just there to waste your time until you give up and move on. No spare parts provided or even sold, for products that are still under warranty. The termal paste provided with the CPU cooler dries up and becomes unefficient after only a few weeks. Some of their competitors like Noctua are a bit more expensive but you can actually use their products for a long time. Thermalright products are just disposable, planned obsolescence junk.
