War beim stand auf der Gamescom, die waren da total unhöflich, wurde direkt weggeschickt, mit einem angeekelten Gesichtsausdruck als würde man irgendein Ungeziefer vernichten, und mir wurde nicht mal gesagt warum

Warranty Costs More Than the Broken Part
Thermaltake sold me a faulty part for my supercomputer and the entire experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. This part has malfunctioned since the day I bought it and trying to use the manufacturer warranty has turned into a complete joke. They expect me to pay one hundred dollars in labor, seventy five dollars in shipping, and deal with a full month of downtime for a two hundred dollar part. Every single part of that is absurd. A warranty should solve a problem, not create a more expensive one. I should not have to pay more than the value of the part just to get a replacement. I should not have to tear apart my entire system and lose weeks of productivity. I should not have to jump through hoops because Thermaltake cannot produce reliable hardware. Thermaltake has also ignored me after I called out how unacceptable their warranty terms are. They responded quickly at first, but the moment I pointed out the ridiculous costs and downtime, communication stopped completely. No updates. No follow up. No attempt to resolve anything. Just silence. If Thermaltake is going to sell parts that fail immediately and then make customers pay more than the part is worth to fix their mistakes, they should not be selling high end components at all. Completely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I will not be purchasing Thermaltake products again.

Funktionsunfähiges Zubehör
Sowohl Maus als auch Tastatur oftmals nicht funktionsfähig... Bei der Tastatur haben schon seit dem Kauf mehrere Tasten immer wieder nicht funktioniert und bei der Maus hängt das Scrollrad immer wieder und sie entverbindet sich vom PC obwohl sie mit Kabel verbunden ist. PC Zubehör von dieser Marke ist meiner Meinung nach absolut nicht zu empfehlen und macht nur Probleme.

Tengo un ordenador con la fuente de alimentación Thermaltake toughpower gt 750w con garantia de 10 años. A los 9 años se me ha estropeado y afortunadamente conservaba la factura. Me puse en contacto con el soporte de Thermaltake, agregando la factura, y descripción del problema. Yo he tenido que pagar el envío (20€) a Alemania. No tenía ninguna contestación, pero parece que es lo normal debido al volumen de trabajo. He tenido algo de paciencia y en 1 mes, una empresa de reparto llamó a mi casa entregándome una Fuente de alimentación nueva. El ordenador ha estado inactivo durante 1 mes, utilizando un pc portátil. Han sido responsables y han cumplido con la garantía de 10 años.

waste of time in any case , and avoid it at all cost. I bought a pc case and did not have time to set it up. Finally, set it up after a couple months , it was a defective sale .
