They can keep things cold and even…
They can keep things cold and even retain ice for a long period of time, up to 24 hours. I have 3 Icon Sport beverage bottles. One for cold water that I filter, one for Ice coffee that i brew, and another for GatorAde powder. That way plastic never touches my lips or accumulated in my body, at lest from what I'm drinking. One 2 year old Thermos recently started warming way earlier than the others because the double vacuume seal failed. They replaced the bottle with no hassle. You can really judge a company and how well build but how well they back their products. And for that I give them five stars

ARNAQUE NE PAS SE FIER AU NOM DU SITE
Réception d’un produit « made in china » plastique plus que douteux et un pauvre bon inox… taille et qualité ne me convenant pas, je demande un retour et un remboursement du produit. Mon retour est refusé motif : « Une fois le produit déballé, nous ne sommes malheureusement plus en mesure de le reprendre, conformément aux conditions indiquées sur notre site » ce qui n’est absolument pas indiqué sur leur site bien évidemment. On achète sur internet mais on ne peut pas sortir le produit pour au moins savoir à quoi il ressemble… J’ai donc fait un mail à la marque THERMOS vu que THZRMOS-FRANCE n’est pas une filiale de la marque déposée. J’ai également fait un signalement du site sur signalconso. PASSEZ VITRE CHEMIN CE SONT DES VOLEURS !!!

Pareil, que les autres acheteurs. J'avais pourtant regardé leurs avis trust pilot, ou ils étaient très bien notés. Apparemment, ils ont même réussi à copier ce site. Thermos France, qui ne sont ni de vrais thermos, ni de France. J'ai tilté, lorsque j'ai vu le nom, du transporteur; alors qu'en validant la commande, on m'annonçait une livraison par Colissimo.Ne commandez pas chez eux

Designed to fail; no support; false hopes given
When is my thermoses developed a leak when I tilted it on the side. Iy contacted thermos support and they told me it may be possible to replace the parts complementary by them Then they replied back stating no , they would not be able to provide the parts giving me a false sense of hope. They stated my item is discontinued and they no longer have replacement parts. Then I pleaded with them that i'm a long time thermos customer , and maybe they can send me a replacement? They replied back saying they would research it , but then they took several weeks to reply back in the night followed up with them again and they said no , this is not possible. How is this company supposed to survive in the age of planned obsolescence? Many, including myself, are looking to purchase products and services that will last for a long time.And provide value and quality. Come on now , thermos , can't we do better?

Marque "française" fabriquée en Chine
Une marque qui vente les mérites de thermos fabriqués en France.. mais expédiés depuis la Chine. Et lorsque l'on veut retourner le produit, pourtant une solution proposée pendant un mois après l'achat, plus aucune réponse de la marque malgré les relances.
