Leather repair …
I’ve just purchased some leather repair paint for my Range Rover leather seats and applied it today and the results are fantastic I am truly impressed how good my seats look they look almost like new again and my car is 14 years old!! Thank you scratch doctor for all your advice and I won’t hesitate to use you again and recommend you to all. Very satisfied customer karl clay

I ordered a leather paint and primer for my chair, I accidentally put the wrong house number, 39 instead of 30, I’d paid and was panicking, I sent them an e mail and they immediately corrected it at their end putting my mind at ease. Fabulous service

Absolutely amazing product!
Absolutely amazing product! I bought the Ultimate Leather Cleaner and Premium All in One Leather Colourant for my 14-year old car which has cream leather seats and they’ve come up like new. The colourant has removed worn leather stains and a scratch and I really can’t praise these products enough!

Awesome Shine Again
Did some digging as who to trust with my 69 black muscle car for polishing and heard great things and reviews with Scratch Doctor experiences. I noticed the last show and shine that I dropped the ball with swirls and light scratching with 25 year old paint (which usually showed pretty darn well). Met Brennan and liked his honesty/approach as to what I should do with car. Got lucky with book in time and he made my car gleam like a fresh paint job ! Thx again

Poor service and product
Colour not matching and sent them pictures of this. They then sent further colour samples which none of them matched. The sales rep Claire that was dealing this offered full refund with postage cost. They refunded the order but not the £7.30 postage cost and after chasing this with the sales rep they’re telling me it was refunded. I really don't understand why you would tell me you’re going to refund it and even have the nerve to send e-mail that it was refunded when it wasn’t. Absolutely pathetic service. And this is why you should always buy from big companies like Amazon and not these small companies, know for fact this would have been resolved swiftly with Amazon. Update to merchant response- no misunderstanding at all, your sales rep Claire made it clear that she will refund the postage cost on the telephone call and furthermore on emails when I chased it up, she literally said it was refunded and this was on more than one email when it wasn’t refunded.
