Change the price after you pay.
Uploaded my 5 documents. Each had one page, one had a second page but it was just a stamp with no words. They gave me a price. I paid it. 2 day delivery was promised. Then I received an email that I had submitted 7 pages and only paid for 5. I decided I had better pay as time was an issue. Finally reached them and they gave me a long explanation about why one of the pages was actually 2 pages. The other one with the stamp on page 2 that didn't need translating they conceded was one page. They said they could give credit for the next time I needed translation services. I hopefully will never need translation services again and asked if I could please have a refund. She said she could try. There has got to be better up front and honest translation services than these guys. I would recommend using any translation service other than The Spanish Group.

This is *not* an official translator
This is *not* an official, certified translator. Their advertising f does not.make the claim, but they are misleading. Even though I told them why I needed the translation, they did not tell me that it was a waste of time. I threw away my mo ey on them and have to go through the process again with someone who is actually authorized to translate documents for government purposes. Not quite, but very close to a scam.

Exceptional service and extremely fast…
Exceptional service and extremely fast turnaround I had an excellent experience with The Spanish Group. They completed a certified translation for me, and after I made a few revisions to the original document, I asked them to update the corresponding sections of the translation. They accommodated my request without any difficulty and responded very quickly, even late in the evening. The turnaround time was impressive, and the team was professional, flexible, and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciated their responsiveness and outstanding customer service and would highly recommend them.
